It is with regret that we at Champlain Valley AHEC announce that CollegeQuest will not take place in the summer of 2016. The Vermont AHEC Network is unable to hold CollegeQuest because we do not have a sustainable source of funding currently for this program.
Northeastern Vermont AHEC is preparing to analyze and organize four years of data on CollegeQuest outcomes into presentations and reports to reach partners and potential funders. The evaluation findings are compelling. CollegeQuest has made measureable impacts on students’ knowledge, confidence and behavior as it relates to collage and career success. Students that complete CollegeQuest are demonstrating rates of college enrollment and persistence much higher than expected. A full report of findings will be available January 2016.
Furthermore, Northeastern Vermont AHEC wants to share the reports and findings from the CollegeQuest data with organizations or groups that are interested in learning more. If you would like to receive this information, let us know. If you know of a potential partner or someone who might be interested in sponsoring CollegeQuest, please contact Jane Nesbitt, Executive Director at [email protected].
